(APPROXIAMATLY) ADD BROTH & SIMMER JUST UNTIL IT BEGINS TO BOIL. ADD POTATOES & SPRINKLE WITH WITH HERBS & SPICES. STIR.. STIR.. STIR.. ALLOW POTATOES TO SIMMER ON LOW (TURNING TO EVENLY HEAT THEM THROUGH) FOR APPROX. 15 - 20 MINUTES.
