For AT LEAST 1 HOUR. PREP: MEANWHILE MIX BATTER USING THE FLOUR, MILK, SUGAR WITH A WHISK. WHEN BUTTER IS MELTED POUR BATTER INTO PAN INTO CENTER IT WILL SPREAD EVENLY.
