Recipe By mamacatnc SWISS CHICKEN QUICHE INGREDIENTS: 1 9" Deep Dish Pie Shell 1 Cup Swiss Cheese (Shredded) 1 Cup Milk 1/4 Cup Onion (Chopped) 3 Eggs (Well Beaten) 2 Tablespoons Flour 1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon (Granulated) 2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Pepper 2 Tablespoons chopped Pimento (You could leave this out, it just adds more color) PREP: Bake pie shell at 425* degrees for 8 minutes In a Medium Bowl - Toss Cheese, Flour and Bouillon together Then add remaining ingredients Mix well Pour into Pie Shell. Bake Quiche at 350* for 40-45 minutes. SERVE
